في Elegant Girl نفخر بتقديم منتجات عالية الجودة يتم فحصها بعناية قبل الشحن للتأكد من وصولها إليكم بأفضل حالة ممكنة. كما يتم تغليف جميع الطلبات بعناية واهتمام كبير للحفاظ على سلامة المنتج أثناء النقل.

بإتمام عملية الشراء، يقر العميل بأنه اطلع على جميع السياسات والشروط ومدد التصنيع والشحن المنشورة في الموقع الإلكتروني ووافق عليها.

نظراً لطبيعة منتجاتنا والإجراءات الدقيقة المتبعة في فحصها وتجهيزها، فإن جميع المبيعات تعتبر نهائية ولا نوفر الاسترجاع أو استرداد المبالغ المالية.

يقتصر الاستبدال فقط على الحالات التالية:
• وصول المنتج تالفاً.
• استلام منتج مختلف عن الطلب.
• وجود عيب تصنيع أساسي وواضح في المنتج عند الاستلام.

يجب التواصل معنا خلال 24 ساعة من استلام الطلب مع إرفاق صور وفيديو واضح يوضح المشكلة حتى يتم تقييم الحالة.

المنتجات المخصصة، وسلاسل الأسماء، والطلبات الخاصة، والمنتجات الموضح عليها (طلب مسبق) يتم تصنيعها خصيصاً للعميل، لذلك لا يمكن استرجاعها أو استبدالها.

العميل مسؤول عن إدخال بيانات الشحن الصحيحة عند إتمام الطلب، ولا يتحمل المتجر مسؤولية أي تأخير أو مشكلة ناتجة عن بيانات غير صحيحة أو غير مكتملة

بعد استلام المنتج بحالة سليمة، تعتمد المحافظة على جودته وجماله على طريقة الاستخدام والعناية والتخزين، لذلك لا يتحمل المتجر مسؤولية الأضرار الناتجة عن سوء الاستخدام أو التخزين أو العناية غير المناسبة بعد الاستلام.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that they have read and agreed to all policies, terms, production timelines, and shipping information published on our website.

Due to the nature of our products and our strict quality-control process, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

Replacement is only available in the following situations:
• The item arrives damaged.
• The wrong item is received.
• A major manufacturing defect is found upon delivery.

Customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving their order and provide clear photos and videos showing the issue for evaluation.

Personalized items, name necklaces, custom-made products, special orders, and items marked as Pre-Order are made specifically for the customer and therefore cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Elegant Girl is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details.

Once the product has been received in good condition, maintaining its beauty and quality depends on proper care, handling, and storage. Elegant Girl is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper care, or improper storage after delivery.
