🏡 داخل جدة
يتم تجهيز الطلب خلال يومي عمل، ويصل عادة خلال يومي عمل بعد التجهيز

🚚 داخل المملكة (خارج جدة)
يتم تجهيز الطلب خلال يومي عمل، ثم تستغرق شركة الشحن عادة من يومين إلى 3 أيام عمل إضافية للتوصيل.

🌍 الشحن الدولي
نفخر بخدمة عملائنا حول العالم. يتم تجهيز الطلب خلال يومي عمل، وتستغرق مدة الشحن الدولي عادة من 5 إلى 7 أيام عمل تقريباً حسب الدولة وشركة الشحن.

🔮 الطلبات المسبقة (Pre-Order)
بعض المنتجات مثل سلاسل الأسماء أو المنتجات الموضح عليها "طلب مسبق" تحتاج من 14 إلى 20 يوم عمل للتصنيع قبل الشحن، حيث يتم تصنيعها خصيصاً للعميل

لا تشمل المدد المذكورة الجمعة والسبت أو الإجازات الرسمية.

🌴 الإجازة السنوية:
سيكون المتجر في إجازة سنوية من 3 يوليو إلى 27 يوليو.
سيتم استقبال الطلبات خلال هذه الفترة، ولكن سيبدأ تجهيز وشحن جميع الطلبات المستلمة أثناء الإجازة ابتداءً من 28 يوليو حسب أولوية الطلبات

 بعد تجهيز الطلب وتسليمه لشركة الشحن، تصبح مسؤولية نقل الشحنة ومتابعتها على شركة الشحن الناقلة. وفي حال حدوث تأخير أو فقدان أو تلف أو سرقة للشحنة أثناء النقل أو بعد التسليم، يجب تقديم المطالبة مباشرة إلى شركة الشحن المختصة. وسيقوم فريق Elegant Girl بالمساعدة قدر الإمكان في تزويد العميل بمعلومات الشحنة ورقم التتبع

All orders are carefully prepared and shipped from our warehouse in Jeddah by the Elegant Girl team. Every order is inspected and packed with great care before dispatch.

🏡 Jeddah Orders:
Orders are prepared within 2 business days and are usually delivered within 2 business days after dispatch.

🚚 Saudi Arabia (Outside Jeddah):
Orders are prepared within 2 business days. Delivery usually takes an additional 2–3 business days depending on the destination and courier.

🌍 International Shipping:
We are proud to serve customers worldwide. Orders are prepared within 2 business days, and international delivery usually takes approximately 5–7 business days depending on the destination country and courier service.

🔮 Pre-Order Items:
Some products, including name necklaces and items marked as "Pre-Order", require 14–20 business days for production before shipping, as they are custom-made specifically for each customer.

📅 Business Days:
Sunday to Thursday.
Shipping and production times do not include Fridays, Saturdays, or official public holidays.

🌴 Annual Holiday Closure:
Our annual holiday will be from July 3rd to July 27th.
Orders can still be placed during this period; however, processing and shipping will resume starting July 28th in the order received.

Once an order has been prepared and handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for transportation and delivery rests with the carrier. In the event of delays, loss, damage, or theft during transit or after delivery, claims must be submitted directly to the shipping company. The Elegant Girl team will gladly assist by providing tracking information and shipment details whenever possible.
